BRC Global Standard

The BRC Global Standards are a certification scheme focussing on the quality of global security. They are used worldwide by over 17,000 certificated suppliers in 90 countries through a network of over 80 accredited and recognised BRC Certification Bodies. The BRC Global Standards are widely used by global suppliers and retailers. They facilitate standardisation of quality, safety, operational criteria and the fulfilment of legal obligations. They also help to provide adequate protection for the consumer.

IFS – International Featured Standards

The IFS Standards helps to comply with statutory safety regulations and product quality requirements by providing common and transparent standards to all suppliers concerned. They give a concrete, unshakable certainty of high safety and quality levels in accordance with customer expectations. They are developed for and with all the parties involved in the distribution chain, with the aim of adopting uniform standards to ensure the safety and quality of food and non-food products and their connected services. In particular, they are internationally accredited audit standards, ensuring that IFS certified companies are able to provide products and services in line with the specifications defined by their customers, in order to continuously improve the safety and quality of food and non-food products for consumers.
