With the opening of the new factory in March 2013, the Stroppa pasta factory has chosen to associate its long-established classic products with other "news" ones.
Through our experience and skills as producers of fresh pasta, we dedicate ongoing research to this line in constant development, to study and test new products (plain and filled) reflecting the tastes of a wide variety of consumers.
